1. Acceptable Utilization

PQC Checker diagnostic assets are designed solely for educational, diagnostic, and systems hardening assessments. You must not utilize domain scanning tools in an automated, aggressive manner (e.g. DoS script loops) that degrades target service endpoints.

You represent and warrant that you possess appropriate authorization to scan or inspect any domains submitted to the analyzer tool, or that the hosts searched represent public infrastructure open to standard diagnostic queries.

2. Warranty Limitations

PQC Checker is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any express or implied warranties. Cryptographic security readiness scores represent theoretical evaluations based on current NIST standards. Passing readiness evaluations does not guarantee absolute future safety against unforeseen cryptographic exploits.

3. Liability Limits

Nanostuffs operations shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of host security diagnostics, false-positive vulnerabilities, certificate evaluation disruptions, or systems performance changes linked to diagnostic scanning inputs.
